Yahoo, IAC, Facebook, EBay Urge End to Viacom’s YouTube Suit
May 27 (Bloomberg) — Yahoo! Inc., IAC/InterActiveCorp, EBay Inc. and Facebook Inc. urged a judge to dismiss Viacom Inc.’s copyright lawsuit against Google Inc.’s YouTube video- sharing website.
