FedEx acknowledges crew dumped fuel over Shelby

FedEx Corp. expects to report fiscal 2009 earnings of $3.50-4.75 a share, down from $4.75-5.25 it had previously forecast. The express carrier, however, forecast earnings of $1.58 a share for the fiscal second quarter ended Nov. 30, compared with an earlier outlook of $1.40-1.60. More: continued here
