Post Office Plans To Announce Rate Increase

The U.S. Postal Service lost nearly $4 billion in the last fiscal year — despite cutting 40,000 full-time jobs. It’s been more than a year since first-class stamps went up to 44 cents. Postal officials will announce a rate increase Tuesday.
