A NEW set of stamps to commemorate the inaugural Youth Olympic Games (YOG) will be launched on Aug 14. This stamp issue, to be launched by the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (SYOGOC) and Singapore Post, is the third in a series to mark the start of YOG.
