Flood Victims Endure Heat For Disaster Food Stamps

For the second straight day, Chicago area residents lined up block after block, hour after hour, to receive at least $200 in disaster food stamps. CBS 2’s Suzanne Le Mignot reports they braved the heat for a little flood relief.
