EBay defeats Tiffany in counterfeit jewellery suit

NEW YORK, USA: Online auctioneer eBay Inc on Monday won the dismissal of Tiffany & Co’s 2004 lawsuit accusing it of deceiving customers by allowing the online sale of counterfeit Tiffany-branded jewellery.
