Zurich Asias autumn stamp auction, titled “Chinese, Hong Kong, Asian and Other Nations’ Stamps and Postal History Items” ended yesterday at the Excelsior Hotel in Hong Kong, leaving no one in any doubt that the market for stamps in Asia is booming. The results also confirmed the particularly strong market for China’s historical stamps with more “modern” issues.
