Massachusetts to retire art stamps for hunting permits

Ending a 51-year tradition, the Division of Fish and Wildlife will retire its color stamps for archery, primitive firearms and waterfowl permits after 2011. The stamps have been based on artwork selected in a national competition that was dominated by two brothers from East Bridgewater.
