A collection of New Zealand and British stamps sold for more than $NZ350,000 ($A306,105) at an auction in Wellington, New Zealand. The collection belonged to David Jarvis, a bachelor and civil servant, who had a lifelong passion for stamps, auctioneer John Mowbray told the Sunday Star-Times.
