eBay said its new deal to acquire a German fashion-shopping site will strengthen its position as a leading European online fashion destination. eBay will acquire all shares of brands4friends, an online shopping club for fashion and lifestyle, for cash at a transaction value of approximately US$200 million (EUR150 million).
