For nearly 50 years, the North Syracuse Post Office has provided an accessible mail center in the heart of the village, at 201 South Main St. On Jan 14, however, the post office helped patrons for the last time, as it has been ordered to shut its doors by the United States Postal Service due to budget cuts.
