BY JEANNE MARCELLO STAFF REPORTER BRANT – On Jan. 14, 2011, U.S. Post Master General Patrick R. Donohue pledged to return the Postal Service to profitability, as he was sworn into office. One of the ways costs are being cut is by closing low volume post office branches that are not profitable; however profitability cannot be the only factor considered. read more
