Dillon County deputies arrested Robert Mears III, 19, Monday night in Fair Bluff, North Carolina. They charged Mears with armed robbery for the robbery of the Hamer Post Office. Dillon County deputies say Mears could also be linked to other robberies in North Carolina. Mears is being held in Columbus County, NC until he is extradited to South Carolina.
