EBay Agrees to Acquire GSI Commerce for About $2.4 Billion

EBay Inc. (EBAY) , owner of the largest e- commerce market, agreed to buy GSI Commerce Inc. (GSIC) for about $2.4 billion to add services that help retailers market and distribute their wares.
