A Place in the Sun guest had a unique property request for host Jonnie Irwin during tonight’s instalment.
Husband and wife Andy and Linda were on the hunt for a two to three-bedroom house in Western Cyprus, with a budget of £120,000.
The couple, who both works for the Royal Mail, were hoping to find their forever home so that they could live out their retirement there.
Before they had even begun with the search, Andy and Linda had a few requirements about their dream home.
‘We need somewhere with two bedrooms, maybe three, Linda explained.
‘We need outdoor space,’ Andy added. ‘We’ve got a motorbike and a trike so I need secure parking.’
Outdoor storage wasn’t the only thing the couple required…
‘Storage for the bikes, I’ve got that,’ Jonnie began.
‘A little birdie tells me, someone’s got a few CDs?’
‘Yes,’ Linda laughed. ‘I’ve probably got 3-4,000.’
A stunned Jonnie replied: ‘Amazing.’
With the couple’s criteria in mind, Jonnie began the property hunt.
Jonnie failed to impress the couple with the first property, but the second and third property really wowed Andy and Linda.

The properties had beautiful views, a lot of outdoor space, and plenty of storage for Linda’s CD collection.
But, in the end, after putting in a ‘cheeky’ bid for the third house, Andy and Linda’s offer got accepted.
A Place in the Sun airs on Sundays at 7pm and weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
