The Waitaki Valley’s fledgling wine industry has been boosted with the opening of a wine-tasting and retail facility in Kurow. The Vintner’s Drop, which opens in the former Kurow post office next week, is an initiative of Jim Jerram, from Ostler Wines, and Steve Hotton, from The Valley Cafe.
