The Royal Mail has paid tribute to one of its staff who was killed in a crash on the A1(M) near Peterborough.
Emergency services were called to the collision involving a postal lorry that caught fire and a car at Sawtry on Tuesday afternoon, November 16.
The driver of the lorry was pronounced dead at the scene. He has not yet been named.

A Royal Mail spokesman said: “We were deeply saddened to learn of the death of our colleague who will be greatly missed.
“While we await the findings of the police investigation we will not be commenting further.
“Our thoughts and condolences are with our colleague’s family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time.”
It is understood that, in a further tribute, flags were lowered to half-mast at the Delivery Office and Mail Centre on Papyrus Road, Peterborough.
Police and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service rushed to the scene shortly after 3pm and the road was closed for hours as the air ambulance landed.
There were more than four miles of queues, and closures were in place from Junction 16 (A15 Yaxley) to Junction 15 (B1043 Sawtry B660 Ramsey).
The driver of the car was uninjured.
Cambridgeshire Constabulary are appealing for witnesses, and anyone with dashcam footage of the incident or the moments leading up to it, for help.
