Important Information – Immediate Effect
This email serves as a reminder to all ACU licence holders participating in ACU-permitted events, with the exception of trials events, of the mandatory helmet requirements.
All competitors must wear a helmet that:

Is approved by the ACU, and
Has a valid ACU Gold Sticker affixed.
The ACU Gold Sticker must be affixed prior to arriving at an ACU-permitted event. This requirement also applies to FIM-approved helmets.
It is important to note that there will no longer be an option to have an ACU Gold Sticker applied at an ACU-permitted event.
If you require a gold sticker and your helmet is on the ACU list of approved helmets, you have two options:

You may make an appointment to bring your helmet to ACU House, or
You may send your helmet to ACU at the address noted below.
Please ensure that you include your full name and a contact telephone number so that arrangements can be made for the return of your helmet.
Fees:

If brought in person to ACU House: £5.00
If returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery: £5.00 plus approximately £30.00 (this is the typical cost to return one helmet)
