Advice for observing the Royal Barge Procession along Chao Phraya River on Sunday, Oct 27

BANGKOK, Thailand – Advice for those who wish to attend the Royal Barge Procession, which will be organized on Sunday, 27 October 2024 for a royal journey along the Chao Phraya River to present kathin robes at Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn).

– Bring along an ID card or passport;

– If a child is coming, write the child’s name, address, and a guardian’s phone number and attach it to the child;

– Bring your prescribed medication with you;

– Prepare drinking water, umbrella, and/or hat and bring them with you;

– If you need any help, please contact the police or a Jit Arsa officer (volunteer officer).  (PRD)
