SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) – FedEx Corp. unit FedEx Ground was denied its appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit concerning a class certification decision in the Kansas case pending before the U.S. District Court in Indiana, company said late Tuesday.
