Alcohol lifeline for threatened post office (Ilford Recorder)

A POST Office which faced the axe has won a precious lifeline – after being granted an alcohol licence. Simmons Post Office, Fencepiece Road, Hainault, was one of five in Redbridge earmarked for closure by Post Office Ltd.
