Alexander Mann Solutions promotes three executives

Alexander Mann Solutions today announced three executive appointments, including global managing directors of innovation and operations.

Alexander Mann appointed Jo-Ann Feely as global managing director, innovation. Feely has worked at the company since 2001 and has held a variety of leadership positions.

In addition, the company named Mike Brown as global managing director, operations. Brown has been working with the business in an advisory capacity for the past six months. Brown in the past served as Royal Mail’s marketing and sales director for packets and parcels.

Alexander Mann also announced Ruth Smyth will join its executive committee as managing director, people and culture. Smyth has been with the business for 13 years and replaces Sandy Lucas, who will leave Alexander Mann later this year.
