Ann Haney: Combining couponing with food stamps
Lebanon Democrat I have recently been plagued with the question of whether food stamps could be used with couponing. This still seems to be a confusing topic to many, and I hope to clear up the unending question of, “Why do I have to pay a small amount out of pocket?”. |
