It’s just the latest postbox in Suffolk to be taken

A Royal Mail postbox in Badingham – this isn’t the one that was taken

Author: Matt SoanesPublished 3 hours ago

Police are appealing for witnesses after a postbox was stolen from a Suffolk village.

The Royal Mail box was taken from Pound Green Road in Badingham at some point after the 10th of May.

It’s just the latest postbox to be taken from a village in rural Suffolk.

Last year there was a series of thefts of antique postboxes – thought to be due to their high resale value.
