Archivist arrested after artifact sales on eBay (The Post-Standard)

New York – A longtime state archivist was charged Monday with stealing hundreds of historic artifacts from the New York State Library, including documents dating back to the Revolutionary and Civil wars, and selling them on eBay to pay off his daughter’s credit card debt.
