Historically, post took a day off on Sundays, giving people that easy like Sunday morning feeling.
But times change and now we actually want our Evri packages delivered seven days a week.

Yes, many post offices are open on Sunday.
While all might not be open, as some are local branches and it’s up to the store owner to dictate hours, you can use the branch finder online to find the nearest open post office.
In fact, back in 2016, the post office became the largest retailers open on Sundays across the UK.
Data back then found that more sites were offering longer opening hours, with the number open on Sundays up by 1,000 since 2013.
While newer data isn’t available, there also hasn’t been any reports suggesting this has changed.
With online shopping now hugely popular and the reliance many remote workers have on having items delivered, post offices staying open on Sundays makes sense.
Companies like the Royal Mail and Amazon continue to make deliveries on Sundays, also.
So, the quaint notion of no post on Sundays has become a relic of the past.
