Armed Forces’ No. 2 relinquishes post, to move to DND (Philippine Daily Inquirer)

MANILA, Philippines — Lieutenant General Antonio Romero, vice chief of staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), relinquished his post on Wednesday, more than a month before he is scheduled to leave his office to prepare for his new position at the defense department.
