Q: Today 11-1-2008 I went to three different post offices looking for stamps only to find the machines are gone at the Pegasus office, downtown office and the Oildale office has a machine, but it has a sign saying it is out of service and slated to be hauled out just like the rest of them. I ended up paying 65 cents for one stamp at a local store. No wonder no one is using the post office …
