ASK TONY: eBay said my son owed £75 – then sent in the heavy mob

My son sold an exhaust system on eBay, the buyer says he did not receive it and eBay is asking £75.71 back. I have supplied the recipient’s signature acknowledging receipt, but eBay sent a debt collector.
