The U.S. Postal Service owns and wants to close a $150,000 building in Hallam just two years after it opened — and seven years after a tornado chewed its way through this town of 200. On the list with Hallam’s post office are those in Cordova, Crab Orchard, Douglas, Elk Creek, Garland, Goehner, Gresham and Table Rock.
