KEBA’s latest innovations for flexible, sustainable and smart parcel locker solutions generated strong interest at this year’s Parcel + Post Expo and the company won the Supplier of the Year award.
Next-Level Flexibility
With loxmate (pictured left), KEBA introduced its next generation of modular parcel lockers — designed to adapt seamlessly to different locations and needs. Using the loxmate configurator, visitors could create their own locker setup in just a few clicks, from design to module configuration. The takeaway: loxmate fits the location — not the other way around.
Co-Creating the Future
Two new prototype features drew special attention: Letterbox and Dropbox, both integrated into the trusted KePol FS09 (pictured below).

Letterbox enables users to drop off letters directly at the locker.
Dropbox allows multiple small parcels to be deposited in one compartment, which couriers can then collect from a larger lower box — a practical, space-saving solution. By inviting direct feedback from visitors, KEBA demonstrated its open approach to innovation and customer collaboration.
Smart Automation with AI
KEBA also presented KeBob, its AI-driven assistant already in use in banking environments. At the Expo, KeBob showcased how artificial intelligence can enhance logistics — from preventing parcel fraud to automatically detecting parcel sizes. The focus: exploring how KeBob can meet the evolving needs of delivery and locker operators.
Award-Winning Commitment

A highlight of the event: KEBA was honored as “Supplier of the Year” at the Parcel & Postal Technology International Awards.
“This award is a meaningful recognition of our team’s passion, dedication, and commitment,” said Robert Zehetner, Vice President Logistics Automation. “We’re proud to shape the future of delivery – together with our customers and partners.”
Celebrating 25 Years of Parcel Locker Innovation
2025 marks 25 years of KEBA parcel locker solutions – a milestone celebrated at the Expo with long-time customers and partners. Genuine conversations, shared memories, and a toast to the future made the occasion truly special – with a touch of Austrian hospitality, of course.
Knowledge that Drives Progress
Beyond the booth, KEBA’s experts took to the stage to share insights into the future of delivery logistics:
Erich Pichler explored AI use cases in Out-of-Home delivery and locker network expansion. Robert Zehetner discussed “Power Play: Solar vs. Swappable Battery” and the future of locker power technologies.
Christoph Knogler highlighted the strategic importance of Out-of-Home and locker networks. Franziskos Kyriakopoulos revealed how predictive customer experiences and smart parcel interaction enhance the user journey.
Together, these sessions underlined one key message: true innovation happens where technology, strategy, and user experience converge.
Looking Ahead
The Parcel + Post Expo 2025 reaffirmed that the logistics industry is in constant motion – and that innovation remains the key to progress. With strong partnerships, valuable market feedback, and 25 years of experience, KEBA is ready to shape the next chapter in flexible, sustainable, and intelligent delivery solutions.
