KPRC Houston A baby boy is now in CPS custody, after he was found in a post office lobby in southwest Houston. According to CPS Spokesperon Estella Olguin, the baby was found in a car seat in the front lobby of the Westbrae Station, near S. Gessner and W. Bellfort.
