Ballot Didn’t Clear The Post Office (KOBI – KOTI Medford-Klamath Falls)

(10/30/08) An Ashland woman says her ballot’s been mailed back to her just days before it’s supposed to be counted. The woman didn’t want to be identified but she did want people to know that her ballot was returned from the Medford Post Office.
