Ballots held up at post office for New Baltimore, Chesterfield Township residents

The first batch of absentee ballots sent out by two local clerks offices were not received by the requesting voters in the timely fashion most are accustomed to. Instead, it has been reported residents in New Baltimore and Chesterfield Township received their absentee ballots several days later.
