Bay Biz Buzz: eBay closes deal for brands4friends

San Jose-based eBay Inc. said Friday it has closed its $200 million acquisition of Germany’s brands4friends, an online shopping club that sells “fashion and lifestyle” brands at reduced prices through daily limited-time deals.
