BCE May Not Complete Sale Until Yearend, Globe and Mail Says (Bloomberg.com)

June 30 (Bloomberg) — BCE Inc. may not close its sale to a group led by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan until the end of the year because lenders are pushing to reduce the value of the buyout, the Globe and Mail reported, citing unidentified people.
