Bid to lure bank in effort to save town's post office

CARMARTHEN's under- threat King Street Post Office should be used jointly as a bank to help secure its future. That is the view of new town mayor Doug Rose who is writing to the Bank of Ireland in a bid to lure it to Carmarthen and echo similar ventures across the UK.
