Born in Wilmington, NC, Medowlark Lemon reached superstar fandom as a member of the Harlem Globetrotters. Tuesday, Congressman Walter B. Jones (R-NC, 3rd District) introduced a bill that would name a post office in Wilmington after him — the Medowlark Lemon Post Office.
