HICKORY – Legislation to rename the Hickory Post Office for a Mississippi soldier who died in Afghanistan is on its way to President Barack Obama. U.S. Rep. Gregg Harper, the bill’s sponsor, says the legislation was passed by the Senate on Tuesday.
