U.S. Rep. Tom Reed, R-Corning, and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand , D-N.Y., have introduced legislation in Congress to dedicate the Tyrone Post Office in honor of Army Spc. Christopher Scott, a local soldier killed in 2011 while serving in Afghanistan.
