Peter Windsor, aged 61, of Mary Road, was previously found guilty of stalking Myleene Klass and Katie Breathwick from March 2020 to August 2024.
On March 1 2020, a note was sent to Myleene and Katie from Windsor detailing how many pull-ups he can do.
In November 2023, a parcel addressed to Myleene’s workplace was intercepted by Royal Mail as it contained an air pistol.
Then, between March and September 2024, the women received a number of handwritten letters and items at their workplace in London.
The letters were addressed directly from Windsor and made sexual and religious remarks.
Katie received a pair of binoculars, a stamp collection, champagne and spiked running shoes.
On March 5, a parcel was delivered containing a silver ring and a handwritten letter with his name and address at the top. The letter stated: ‘Dear Myleene, just a silver for holy protection ring for a worth High Priestess.’
Windsor also sent a stamp collection, a bank statement showing he made multiple withdrawals in a short space of time, a necklace, and second-hand shoes.
Windsor was arrested on September 17 2024, and during a search, a pair of binoculars, a London-wide journey planner, black gloves, and a map of the transport network in London were found.
He was charged two days later with two counts of stalking involving serious alarm and distress.
At a previous hearing, Windsor was convicted of both charges following a trial.
Today (Thursday, March 19), at Warwick Crown Court, he has been given an indefinite hospital order and a restraining order to protect both victims.
Detective Sergeant Marius Dinescu, from Birmingham Police said: “Peter Windsor made Myleene and Katie fear for their safety over the course of just over four years.
“He sent up to 100 parcels to their workplace, consistently sending unwanted items in a clear case of escalating behaviour and paid absolutely no regard to the impact that his actions might have on these two innocent women.
“They were forced to implement extra security measures at their workplace due to his fixated and obsessive behaviour.
“There are not enough words to commend Myleene and Katie for reporting these incidents, which escalated and persisted over a significant period of time.
“Equally important, I would like to thank Myleene and Katie for their support during this long investigation, as well as for their bravery in describing their experiences in court.
“Stalking is a serious crime which goes to the very heart of violence against women and girls, removing their feeling of safety and having devastating effects on victims.”
