FAQ’s:

What Black Friday offers will you have on?

There will be 25% off all of our Umbro training wear, as well as free UK delivery. We also have our sale that we are always adding to, so keep checking back.

How long will the Black Friday offers last for?

Our offers begin at midnight tonight and will end at midnight on Sunday (28th November).

Will free delivery cover international postage?

Free delivery will only be within the UK.

When will I receive my order?

We have a smaller team picking and packing your orders, along with delays from Royal Mail, so please be patient when waiting for your delivery. If you haven’t received anything within 5 working days, please email claretsstore@burnleyfc.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I can’t find my confirmation email?

Please check your junk folder and check your security settings as some emails can get flagged as spam and may get blocked.

Will you still be able to personalise shirts?

Our Black Friday sale will not effect personalisation on our kit shirts.

What about Happy Place tshirts?

We thank you for ordering a Jordan North charity t-shirt – there was an overwhelming demand, and they are being despatched in batches. Please bear with us whilst we work through them.

Can I spend my teamcard points online?

Unfortunately this isn’t an option yet, however it is something that we are working on. You can use them in store when we reopen.

When will you be reopening?

We will confirm when we are reopening on our social channels.
