Police have found the body of a woman in Birmingham tonight. The body is thought to be that of a missing woman called Tara according to West Midlands Police.
The discovery was made at the junction of Coplow Street and Northbrook Street in Birmingham. The 36-year-old had been missing since September 12.
Police have said that although formal identification is yet to take place, Tara’s family have been informed. They are not treating her death as suspicious and said their sympathies remain with her family.

A spokesperson said: “Police searching for missing Tara have sadly found the body of a woman at the junction of Coplow Street and Northbrook Street in Birmingham. The 36-year-old had been missing since 12 September.
“Although formal identification is yet to take place, Tara’s family have been informed. We are not treating her death as suspicious and our sympathies remain with her family.”
