Boeing debuts 777 cargo plane (Crain’s Chicago Business)

(AP) — Boeing Co. on Wednesday debuted its new 777 freighter, a twin-engine airplane that can carry 226,000 pounds of cargo with a range of 4,885 nautical miles. To date, Chicago-based Boeing has 78 orders from 11 customers, including Air France, China Southern Airlines, FedEx and Korea Air.
