Bomb alert at Chester Royal Mail sorting centre after white powder found

A BOMB alert caused disruption at the Royal Mail sorting office in Chester in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, September 6). A worker raised the alarm about 2.40am after spotting a white powder leaking from a package triggering a full scale response from the emergency services.
