Bowman Rebecchi acquires Victory Court in Greenock

Victory Court, a three-storey office building located on Arthur Street in Greenock, will now be managed by Bowman Rebecchi, alongside the company’s other properties.

The building, developed in 1994 as part of the former Scottish Enterprise Investment Zone, was previously managed by a national facilities management provider.

The 10,762sqft office space, which sits alongside the A8, is part of the Dalglen1810 portfolio, owned by Greenock businessmen Sandy and James Easdale.

A spokesperson for Bowman Rebecchi said: “Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to welcome Victory Court in Greenock to its growing facility management portfolio.”

“The property offers tenants a comfortable and professional working environment, centrally located with easy access to the town centre.

“Nearby, you’ll find reputable businesses including the Royal Bank of Scotland, Cigna, and Royal Mail, as well as convenient hotel options such as the Holiday Inn Express and Premier Inn.”
