‘Britain’s Lip King’ is found selling weight loss jabs on Facebook despite being on police bail after mother-of-five died following BBL at his clinic

‘Lip King’ Jordan James Parke has quietly made a return to sell weight loss jabs on Facebook despite being linked to the death of a mother-of-five who died after having a BBL at his clinic, the Daily Mail can reveal.

The Kim Kardashian-obsessed beautician appears to be flogging £200 jabs and teeth whitening treatments online while boasting of his lavish lifestyle on the Cape Verde island of Boa Vista.

Parke and a second suspect were dramatically arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after Alice Webb, 33, died after undergoing a non-surgical Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) at Studio 23 clinic, in Gloucester, on September 24 last year.

The mother-of-five was rushed to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital after falling unwell but died in the early hours of the following morning in what is believed to be the first ‘liquid BBL’ death in the UK.

In a surgical BBL, fat is taken from elsewhere on the body and inserted into the buttocks, but a cheaper non-surgical procedure – referred to as a ‘liquid BBL’ – sees dermal fillers, the same material used to fill lips, directly injected.

Gloucestershire Police has confirmed that Parke is still at the centre of a manslaughter investigation and is due to answer bail on September 24. No further action is being taken against the second suspect who has been released from bail.

But the Mail can reveal today that while Parke has been on bail, he has quietly made a return to the cosmetic industry in a move branded by campaigners as ‘unsurprising’ and ‘deeply appalling’.

We can reveal that he offered one customer – between a Size 6 and 8 – a £208 Semaglutide Peptide weight loss kit which he told her uses the ‘same ingredient as Ozempic’.

When the customer asked for info on the weight loss jabs, Parke replied on April 7: ‘Hey babe xx. I have the Semaglutide Peptide kits, they are incredible. You mix them up and keep in the fridge, you inject once a week (either your stomach or the top of your thigh) with an insulin needle (which you get in the kit!) it’s the same ingredient as Ozempic!

‘It’s amazing it cuts your appetite right down which then causes you to lose weight! The course will last you 6-10 weeks (depending on your dosage used). It’s £200 and £8 Special Delivery postage with Royal Mail.

‘Comes with an instruction guide made by me on how to inject and mix etc. They are 10MG strength. You don’t have to follow a strict diet as the ingredient cuts your appetite which makes you eat less which then equals weight loss!

‘Most people on average lost 5-7lbs a week on this.’

When the customer replied to ask how to order, Parke immediately asked for £208 to be transferred to his account, having asked the buyer no questions. The Mail has contacted Parke for comment.

Although his personal and business account – The Lip King Aesthetics – have been closed off as private on Instagram, Parke has set up a new Facebook account with the same names.

In July, Parke began to start publicly promoting weight loss jabs, asking clients to DM to get involved and sharing ‘transformation’ photos of clients apparently using them.

He appeared to be doing this from the comfort of Boa Vista, sharing topless selfies of himself ‘tanning’ in between posts about weight loss jabs. In one photo, he is seen showing off his Louis Vuitton tattoos on his arm.

On July 15, he shared before and after photos of a woman supposedly using the jabs, with the caption ‘DM TO ORDER’ with a syringe emoji.

A day later, bleach-haired Parke was seen posing by a swimming pool in Boa Vista, wearing a Chanel top, a gold watch and large designer sunglasses.

Earlier in the year, on April 22, he also announced that teeth whitening was being added to the services he provides.

He offers £99 for a 60-minute whitening session, £149 for an ‘xtreme’ 90-minute session and £49 for a 30-minute top-up.

His most recent post was a video on August 11 where he showed off his infamous huge lips, bright white teeth and large eyebrows in front of a shelf full of designer handbags.

Ashton Collins, the director of Save Face, a government approved register of accredited practitioners, told the Mail: ‘Jordan Parke has been on our radar for nearly a decade due to his pattern of unethical practices. He is morally bankrupt, consistently prioritising profit over patient safety.

‘I am deeply appalled, though not surprised, to see him selling illegal weight loss injections again.

‘Having previously been exposed for causing serious health issues, he continues these dangerous activities without any legal authority to prescribe.

‘He sells indiscriminately, without assessing suitability or reviewing medical histories, thereby putting both the physical and mental health of his customers at grave risk.

‘The contents of what he is selling remain completely unknown and could potentially be fatal.

‘Anyone considering weight loss injections should only consult a qualified medical professional who can properly assess suitability and safely prescribe the appropriate medication.’

The Mail understands Ms Webb’s family and the police are aware of Parke selling weight loss jabs while on bail.

Parke, who describes himself on social media as ‘The Plastic Surgery Advocate’, is not a qualified surgeon.

The Kim Kardashian fanatic appeared on US reality TV series Botched in 2015, but he was turned away when he returned to the show in 2019 as doctors revealed a fourth nose job would have involved taking a piece of his rib to widen his nostrils.

He once said: ‘Plastic surgery is like sex. You can’t have it once. You have to have it over and over.

‘And if the surgeon’s good, you keep having it with the same guy. I was once a lip disaster, but now I’m known in England as the Lip King.’

Prior to his first cosmetic tweak aged 19, Parke is seen with seemingly little cosmetic tweaks apart from plucked eyebrows.

His desire to transform his looks was rooted in an obsession with the aesthetic of the Kardashian family, he told The Mirror in 2016.

‘It’s the whole family [I take inspiration from], but mainly Kim. But I love them all, their looks, the way they dress, they’re just an inspiration.

‘I wanted my chin like Kylie Jenner’s, with a really defined jawline. I love her jawline and she’s got such a sharp chin.’

Alice’s partner Dane Knight previously called for the Government to take action, launching a petition with Save Face to enact Alice’s Law.

Her family said: ‘Alice’s death has left a huge void in our family, one that can never be filled. We are devastated by the overwhelming feeling of grief, loss, and anger because her death should never have been allowed to happen. All we can do now is hope for justice.

‘We are supporting Save Face’s campaign to implement a new law in Alice’s name to ensure that those responsible for her death are held accountable and to prevent any other family from having to endure this awful suffering.

‘We ask for your help to make this happen by signing and sharing this petition.’

Parke previously confirmed to the Mail that he had been arrested in relation to the death of Ms Webb.

A spokesman for Gloucestershire Constabulary said: ‘Following the death of a woman after a cosmetic procedure last year (23 September 2024), Gloucestershire Police’s Major Crime Investigation Team launched an investigation.

‘Alice Webb was reported to have become unwell following a suspected cosmetic procedure.

‘She was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and died in the early hours of the following morning.

‘Two people were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and later released on police bail.

‘Following further enquiries, no further action is being taken against one of the people and they have been released from bail.

‘Investigations are continuing and a man is due to answer bail on Wednesday 24 September.’
