Buy Forever stamps, save after price hike (Staten Island Advance)

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Mailing a letter will cost 42 cents — one cent more than it does today — come May 12. But Staten Islanders can avoid paying the extra cent every time they mail letters by stocking up on the Postal Service’s Forever stamp at the current 41-cent cost.
