Cairo teenager in custody after crashing with FedEx semi (The Southern Illinoisan)

The Southern Three of four lanes of Interstate 24 in Kentucky were closed early Thursday morning when a FedEx semi collided with a stolen tractor driven by a 16-year-old from Cairo, police said.
