Los Angeles, California July 28, 2010: BFK Inc dba Royal Marketing today announced in a major setback for China Lucky Film Corporation, the Second Appellate District of Court of Appeal of the State of California, rejected China Lucky’s request to slash the jury verdict by two-thirds (Case No. B217184) and ruled in favor of Royal Marketing.
